The 2020 ranking by The Oregonian for the Top Workplaces in Oregon and SW Washington are out, and Fortis Construction is set as the #8 Top Workplace for Midsize Employers. This is the eighth consecutive year that Fortis has been ranked as a top employer, and the sixth time that the company has been ranked in the top 10.
About the Rankings:
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Fortis Construction BIM Manager Monica Emmons has been named a 2016 Women in Construction Leader by Constructech Magazine. She has been an intergral team members for Fortis projects including the Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center - Medical Office Building 4, Facebook's Prineville Campus, Oregon Reproductive Medicine Headquarters and other confidential clients, to name a few. In addition to to her project work, Monica mentors young females to promote STEM careers and the use of technology in construction.

Fortis Construction has been named the #9 Healthiest Employer of Oregon. The ranking reflects Fortis' extensive Wellness Program and firm-wide active culture (group climbing trips, intramural soccer, ping-pong tournaments, basketball, golf, etc.). This is the second time that Fortis has landed in the Top 10 list of Oregon's Healthiest Employers, and it is the first time that Fortis has been in the Top 10 for the 100-499-employee category.

Representing the highest rankings ever achieved on each list, Fortis has placed as the #23 Construction Management Firm and as the #70 Top Contractor.

Engineering News Record's 2016 list of the top project delivery firms has placed Fortis Construction, Inc. as the #60 Construction Management At-Risk firm in the United States. This is the highest ranking ever achieved by Fortis, representing a jump of more than 40 positions from 2015.
Fortis is the only company with 2015 revenues greater than $400 million to make the list.
In the 2016 ENR Top 400 Contractors rankings, Fortis has moved up 63 spots from #223 in 2015 to #160 in 2016.
