Kaiser Permanente, On-Call Contracts

Fortis’ long-term relationship with Kaiser Permanente encompasses more than 200 projects in Oregon and SW Washington, which includes five consecutive multi-year On-Call Services Contracts to deliver renovations and upgrades from $10,000 to $5M. Scopes of work have ranged from replacement of complex MEP systems to roof replacements to TIs on occupied medical campuses. Outside of these contracts, Fortis has also delivered large-scale new construction such as the 90,000sf, $42M Beaverton Medical and Dental Office and the $20M phased renovation of the Kaiser Permanente Administration Building.
