The Portland Clinic for the Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon was funded by government grants in order to serve those struggling with mental health and substance abuse. The $3.8 million, 9,600sf space was created in less than 8 months by repurposing an existing building with new MEP systems, architectural wall moves, new doors and hardware, upgraded flooring, and new ceiling systems. The result is a welcoming and durable clinic with a range of spaces for varying clinical needs, services and consultations along with workspaces, conference rooms, and breakroom amenities to support the staff.

It's an added bonus of construction when you know that what you are building will have an immediate, positive impact on the community.
