The Fortis-delivered, $4.3M Finastra TI within the historic Meier & Frank Building encompasses 26,000sf of modern workplace environments on the building’s third floor. Fortis was in large part selected for this signature office buildout based on the team’s success with the D+H Financial TI within Portland’s historic 1320 Broadway Building—originally designed by Pietro Belluschi as the Headquarters for The Oregonian. The 39,000sf D+H TI provided a modern workplace with a new connecting stair, kitchen, collaboration spaces, environmental graphics and state-of-the-art AV. D+H (a top-100 FinTech company) was acquired in 2017 by Vista Equity Partners and rebranded as Finastra. Overall, this project was successfully delivered in 18 weeks…which was one week ahead of schedule.
