Fortis, Trillium Family Services come together to build a brighter future for Portland youth

Last week, Fortis was honored to join Trillium Family Services, TVA Architects, and many dedicated partners to break ground on the new Parry Center in Portland – a project that promises to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people across our community.

The event brought together Oregon’s First Lady Aimee Kotek Wilson, local representatives, and facility partners to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in adolescent behavioral healthcare. The Parry Center, located on Trillium’s existing campus, will expand access to critical services through a thoughtfully designed 11,000-square-foot facility. The building will include 12 bedrooms, exam and occupational therapy rooms, and an indoor play area to support healing, growth, and safety.

As Oregon’s largest provider of mental and behavioral healthcare for children, Trillium Family Services plays a vital role in supporting youth and families. We are deeply grateful to collaborate once again with Trillium, alongside Klosh Group and TVA Architects, to help bring this vision to life. Drawing on lessons learned from previous projects, our teams are working together to streamline the schedule and maximize value without compromising the integrity, security, or durability of the facility.

This project is a testament to what’s possible when purpose-driven organizations come together to make an impact.
