The Fortis-built SERA Architects Galleria Headquarters has been honored with two awards:
- The Restore Oregon 2023 DeMuro Award, recognizing excellence in historic preservation
- The Portland Business Journal Landmark Award, recognizing a historic transformation
This adaptive reuse was a pioneering effort in sustainability with goals of achieving LEED Platinum, the Living Building Challenge Materials Petal, Fitwel, and WELL certifications within a 110-year-old landmark building. Click the links for more details.
