We Are Built to Last

Fortis Construction hasn’t been around for a century. We haven’t been owned by the same family for generations.
We’re only 20 years old and just getting started…and we’re an employee-owned company where people are empowered to do their best work.
This relatively brief company history means that we had the chance to build the business to last – right from the start – and ensure we left behind any stodgy, antiquated, or closed-minded thinking that can plague the construction industry.

With our humble beginnings still clearly in mind, we take pride in the national honors we’ve received to date: becoming an Engineering-News Record Top 100 Contractors in the U.S. in less than 15 years; being named ENR’s #1 Firm in the Pacific Northwest across all architecture, engineering, and construction companies; and entering the Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies Hall of Fame.
