Fortis’ purpose is to make an impact in the communities we build in and the organizations we build for. Our current projects with University of Utah Health align perfectly with this purpose and UHealth’s mission to serve the Wasatch Front. We are honored and grateful to live out our purpose through the remodel of the Cancer Tissues Lab at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and the modernization of the University Hospital’s Electrophysiology Lab 4.

These projects truly exemplify the power of collaboration, safety, and effective communication. This complex work demands seamless integration with hospital staff and UHealth’s project management team, ensuring that every phase—from planning to execution—is coordinated with precision and care.

A key to our continued success is Fortis’ commitment to implementing and maintaining rigorous Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) planning while working in and around active healthcare facilities.
