Fortis completed the $1.3M, 14,000sf Gevurtz Menashe Law Firm, which entailed the buildout of floors four and five of downtown Portland’s historic Fleischner Mayer Building. The former warehouse, built in 1906, features unreinforced masonry exterior walls with wood structure for roof and floors. The efforts added an architectural stair between floors four and five as well as four large conference rooms, 28 closed offices, an open-office area on each floor, a staff lounge, and a fourth-floor reception area.
