JLL, Portland Office

Fortis has worked with JLL to deliver many high-end commercial office spaces, including JLL’s own $1.1 million, 9,290sf Portland Headquarters in the historic Brewery Blocks. Because of the neighboring tenants above, below and beside the JLL office, Fortis maintained working hours for construction of Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This night work minimized disruptions within the building as well as avoided congestion on the street and loading dock by deliveries occurring after 6:00 PM. By completing this and many other projects on budget and on schedule and without disruption at the Brewery Blocks, Fortis has demonstrated its adept skill in working with building management, coordinating deliveries, understanding the building systems and compliance with all base-building rules and regulations.
