Fortis has served OHSU under several multi-year CM/GC umbrella contracts, working across the campuses of Marquam Hill, South Waterfront and West Campus. On average, our team has delivered up to $20M per year in renovations, remodels and upgrades. With each of these projects, the Fortis team has prioritized safe-and-clean environments in active facilities, flexibility, collaboration, communication with OHSU staff, and most importantly, the impact our presence and work has on patients and patient families.
