The Valley Football Center expansion at OSU Reser Stadium is an extensive, $36.7 million project that upgraded 26,000 square feet of existing space and added nearly 38,000 square feet of new program. The project was completed in multiple phases so as to not interfere with the football season or University events throughout the year. Phase 1 expanded the Valley Football Center to the north, including the new locker room, training table, equipment, as well as the new “Terrace” seating area for fans; Phase 2 included the construction of a new 157-seat classroom-style team auditorium; and Phase 3 comprised of a new 3-story lobby entrance to the Valley Football Center on the north end. A key component of the project was providing modern athletics facilities to aid in player recruitment within the highly competitive Pac-12 Conference. A new, updated and much larger locker room provides a greater amount of space for each player along with shower facilities and hot tubs.
