On time and on budget, Fortis delivered the $4.8M OSI Surgical Center buildout within an existing facility. The 19,172sf space is compliant with the State of Oregon, Medicare and The Joint Commission standards of care to support the surgical specialties of orthopedics, pain management and spine surgery. In detail, 3 class C operating rooms are used to perform outpatient cases such as arthroscopy, ACL repair, total joint replacement, microdiscectomy, laminectomy, laminotomy, fusion, diagnostic and therapeutic interventional pain management procedures such as epidural steroid injection and radiofrequency neurolysis. Also, one of the Class-C ORs can be used as a procedure room. Complementing these ORs are 3 pre-operatory patient bays and 7 post-operatory patient bays.
