Fortis completed the new Convention Center Branch for Pacific Continental Bank to be a prototype for all future bank branches. Once a Tony Roma’s, Fortis demolished the former restaurant while salvaging materials for reuse. Built out within the building are four teller stations, a high-end lobby, and several private offices. Notable features include a radial-pattern slate floor with an inlaid wood Pacific Continental Bank logo and a lobby clerestory for added natural light. Fortis crews self-performed rough carpentry, roof framing, drywall, and taping.
