Two years after renovating a former restaurant into the Pacific Continental Bank NE Branch, Fortis was selected for a ground-up building to provide the financial institution with a second branch. This Tualatin branch is Tuscan-style with wood trellises, plaster-and-concrete pre-cast finishes, and a clay-tile roof. The interior features exposed wood finishes and slate flooring, open-beam construction, and pyramid skylights. Fortis crews self-performed all foundation concrete, pre-cast concrete and rough carpentry.
