Due to long-term relationships with the project designer, client, and tenant, Fortis was able to leverage efficiencies to deliver this project on time and on budget. The 8,870sf medical clinic tenant improvement also found additional efficiencies by utilizing a design-build approach for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs. The Oregon Clinic now provides a welcoming and efficient space within the Providence Portland Medical Center.
