T5 Data Centers, T5@Dallas 3

Fortis Construction has completed T5 Data Centers in Portland, Los Angeles and Dallas. The Dallas campus has been built out over phases to include: Tier III-plus MEP design; N+1 and 2N MEP configurations; Day-1 capabilities for 100% of back-of-house infrastructure operations and maintenance to be provided by on-site T5 Facilities Maintenance; multiple redundant power feeds through utilizing 2 substations; highly efficient chilled water plant with economization drives low PUE; densities of 120 w/square feet – 200+ watts/square feet; and a 221 mph wind-rated structure. Reflecting Fortis’ culture of safety, the project logged more than 270,000 labor hours without a single recordable or lost-time injury.
