T5 builds, owns and operates server-ready, single- and multi-tenant data centers across North America to provide customers with state-of-the-art, scalable locations. When T5 entered the Portland market with their greenfield T5@Portland site in Hillsboro, they selected Fortis to deliver a purpose-built facility offering a concurrently maintainable N+1 infrastructure designed to support flexible data hall sizes and densities. Fortis was first hired for a build-to-suit $38 million data center, which, based on the project’s success, then resulted in Fortis building out the tenant space within. Following the successes of these efforts, Fortis was selected for the $18 million, 102,000sf Portland IV mission-critical campus expansion—also in Hillsboro.
