Trillium Family Services, Redwood Project

On the heels of completing the Secure Adolescent Inpatient Facility for Trillium Family Services, Fortis was selected for this new, 10,000sf wood-framed building. The $6.4 million Redwood Project provides a highly specialized, 12-bed inpatient facility. Contributing to the nonprofit and public-service aspects of this project, Fortis worked with Trillium and the subcontractor community to raise more than $61,000 in cash plus $30,000 of in-kind materials to assist in making the project pencil out.
