University Of Oregon, Matthew Knight Arena Office Expansion

Fortis delivered this new three-story, steel-structure office building addition to the Matthew Knight Arena on time and on budget. It provided a 14,000sf addition to the basketball practice courts; created needed space for volleyball and basketball coaching offices; and incorporated new a new elevator, stairs, bathrooms, and lobby. The TVA Architects-designed project matches the exterior façade of the Arena.
