Vir Biotechnology, Riverside Centre Lab And Office

Vir Biotechnology’s new workplace at the at Riverside Centre created a unique research and laboratory environment with panoramic views of the Willamette River and Cascadia volcanoes including Mount Hood. Supporting a collaborative culture, the buildout included a mix of labs with natural daylight, open-office area, diverse sizes of conference rooms, private spaces for focused work, and a kitchen. A Design-Build MEP approach was used in delivering the complex systems required for the labs within a suburban office building.
