Construction Inclusion Week made a positive impact across 29 Fortis Construction projects, which included more than 3,000 team members and trade partners. In Los Lunas, New Mexico, our team visited six elementary classrooms educating 140 students about the construction industry.
Throughout the week we highlighted a daily theme and provided educational resources to bring awareness to diversity, equity and inclusion to our job sites, teams, and office. This aligns with our purpose and commitment to ensure DEI is an integral part of everything we do including business practices, relationships, and in our communities.
