Women’s Healthcare Associates, Lloyd District Office

Women’s Healthcare Associates selected Fortis for its full-floor, 15,950sf medical office at the 700 Lloyd District Building. The space now provides complete healthcare for women, with specialized environments to accommodate comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, mammography and breast health, ultrasound, genetic counseling, and nurse midwifery. Design-build delivery was utilized for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers and alarms.
