Fortis partnered with p:ear – a non-profit organization that provides art education and mentoring to homeless youth – and SERA Architects to redevelop the historic building at NW 6th and Flanders into new gallery and education space. The versatile, new 5,000sf home features a great room, office spaces, gallery, kitchen, music room/recording studio, art gallery/performing art space, GED/study space, computer lab, and a photography darkroom.
