Fortis Construction was selected to work with owner’s representative Cushman & Wakefield and designer ZGF Architects to deliver a $4.7 million tenant improvement for Perkins Coie in 11 months. Due to complex moves, an occupied building during construction, and limited swing space, the project required seven construction phases over four floors of office space. Overall, this large-scale office renovation restacked and renovated 62,400 square feet of high-end law office environments within the Portland Pearl District’s historic Brewery Blocks building.
