Site-Specific Quality Plans

Each year, the Construction-Quality Summit is hosted by Arch Insurance Group, which gathers dozens of companies to share best practices, lessons learned, and “bring up the average” of industry quality programs. In 2023, Fortis Construction’s Micah Stanton delivered the included presentation: Site-Specific Quality Plans. 

Micah is also a member of the Construction Quality Executives Council, which is a nonprofit industry trade association. Similar to the Construction-Quality Summit, this group of forward-thinking companies represented by quality program leaders gathers to share the latest technologies, designs, and methods supportive of the construction industry. Micah will be presenting at this year’s Advancing Construction Quality Conference in Austin, Texas, on September 25-27.
