Legacy Health, Mount Hood Medical Center Medical Office Building 4

Legacy Health selected Fortis to expand the Mount Hood Medical Center with a three-story, 75,000sf medical office building and outpatient services center. The facility features an endoscopy center, outpatient surgery suites and outpatient lab services with clinical offices for the Legacy Medical Group specialty practices. In addition, the building entry includes a spacious lobby, patient access registration and a coffee shop. Overall, Legacy Health has described the facility as “a modern healing environment that promotes well-being.” For Legacy Health, the new facility has provided the Mount Hood Medical Center room to centrally locate the Legacy Medical Group clinical practices and efficiently accommodate robust growth in outpatient and specialty services—especially growth in endoscopy procedures and outpatient surgery.
