Oregon State University, Oxford House Renovation

OSU’s Oxford House is a three-story, Victorian-style facility that was dated to the point that it was no longer functional for the University’s modern needs. Fortis led the construction of the $4 million renovation and modernization that converted this old house into needed office space.
