ROC Orthopedics’ new $1.6M Regenerative Orthopedic Center is a 10,000sf buildout of the first floor of an occupied, two-story building. The tenant improvement provides 18 exam rooms, 2 Imaging/x-ray rooms with support space, casting rooms and a laboratory. To support staff, PA, MA and RN stations and office/administrative space are distributed throughout the facility. Additional square footage goes to the lobby, the waiting room with reception desks, IT, triage, a staff lounge, tech workstation, medical records, restrooms and storage. The project was completed in a single phase of construction and utilized design-build MEP delivery. The ROC Orthopedic Tualatin Clinic is affiliated with the Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center and the South Portland Surgical Center.
