Samaritan Health Services, Corvallis Pediatrics Clinic

Starting with what was formerly an eyecare clinic, Fortis demolished the entire interior and then transformed the facility into a light-filled, welcoming space to provide services for children. The $1.4 million overhaul created 14 exam rooms, a specialty exam room, laboratory, reception, office space for providers, a conference room, and a staff lounge.
