Miller Nash, Portland Office at 11W

After closely collaborating with Hyphn on the successful delivery of JGP Wealth Management’s Portland Office in the Downtown Portland 11W Building, Fortis was again selected by Hyphn for Miller Nash’s $1.2M expansion of their existing two-floor office, also in 11W. This selection was based on the trusted relationship we built with Hyphn throughout the duration of the previous 11W project, their confidence in our ability to deliver a high-quality office environment despite a condensed schedule, and our knowledge of the unique logistical challenges posed by the modular Falkbuilt glass walls that were a key part of the design.

The full expansion included individual offices, conference rooms, and a break/refresh area. The modular Falkbuilt wall system provided a high-quality, functional, and cost-effective solution for each attorney’s office. This system also allowed for significant schedule savings, enabling Fortis to target a delivery date of less than six months from project award and less than four months of total construction time within the occupied building.
