Confidential Client, Pryor Data Center

The Pryor Data Center encompasses a 1,300,000sf conversion of a former Gatorade manufacturing and distribution warehouse into a state-of-the-art data center for a confidential technology client. In addition to this being the largest data center project the client had undertaken to date, this also marks its first venture into design-build delivery and repurposing an existing facility into a data center— demonstrating the trust in choosing Fortis for the project. At nearly a half-mile long and 660-feet wide, the building was organized into four data hall zones built out in phases. Each phase features an 80 MW data hall, culminating in a total capacity of 320 MW to support the client’s new processing chips designed for artificial intelligence and machine learning.
