Following more than 30 successful projects on the UO campus, Fortis was entrusted with the Next Generation Housing: a 222,000sf, 7-story, 870-bed residence hall serving second- and third-year students. The building redefines what student housing looks like, with units replicating market-rate studio apartments including private ensuite bathrooms, retail-style dining on the first floor, and dedicated Academic Residential Community spaces throughout. The $111.2M project will be LEED Gold certified and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2027.
