Wadsworth Development Group, Northshore Commerce Center, Southland Office

When the Wadsworth Development Group presented the Northshore space to Southland Industries for a new office and warehouse, the long-term relationship between Southland and Fortis Construction resulted in an effective collaboration for the buildout.

The project converted a vacant warehouse shell into 4,200sf of industrial office and 8,200sf of customized warehouse space. The office upgrade created a new restroom core, breakrooms, private offices, open-office work areas, a reception space, and both large- and small-conference rooms. The warehouse component was constructed to support operational needs and allow for seamless integration between administrative and field functions.

The team executed the work efficiently, ensuring a high-quality environment that supports a new location for Southland’s growing operational, administrative, and client-facing needs.
